Singapore 2013 City in a Garden stamp issue

The stamps portray Singapore’s vibrant urban landscape nestled within a thriving garden with native plants and wildlife.

The self-adhesive 1st Local stamps come affixed with seeds of the Portulaca grandiflora that can be planted. This is a small-sized herbaceous creeper that is a common sight in Singapore.

Also to be issued will be a $5 stamp in a special Collectors’ sheet, also with plantable seeds.
